Yes, samples are free. You only cover the shipping cost — either by courier freight collect with your account, or prepaid by us and added to your first order.

What is your MOQ?
3,000 pcs for stock items and 5,000 pcs for customized orders. Trial orders below MOQ can be discussed depending on the SKU and decoration.

How long is the lead time?
Stock items ship in 5–7 days. Regular customization takes 20–25 days. Orders requiring a new mold take 45–60 days, including sampling and approval.

What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit to confirm production, with the 70% balance paid against the copy of the bill of lading before cargo arrival.
