Five-Stage Quality Control Process
Every order is checked batch by batch, from incoming raw materials to export-ready cartons. The same five stages apply to crystal glass, borosilicate glass, and soda-lime glass orders.

THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION |
01
Incoming Material Inspection
High-purity silica sand, soda ash, and limestone are tested for purity and moisture before entering the furnace. Each raw-material batch is logged and traceable to the finished goods it produces.

In-Process Checks
During melting, forming, and annealing, line inspectors monitor temperature, wall thickness, weight, and clarity. Pieces with bubbles, stones, or stress marks are removed at the lehr exit.
03
Post-Processing Quality Control
After rim finishing, polishing, and decoration, items are checked for print adhesion, color consistency, and decoration alignment. Lead and cadmium migration on decorated pieces is tested per order requirement. See artistry processing.

Finished-Product Inspection
AQL-based sampling checks appearance, dimensions, capacity, and symmetry. Selected samples go through impact, dishwasher-cycle, and packaging drop tests before a shipment is released.

Packaging & Loading Supervision
Cartons are checked for quantity, marking, and stacking strength, then loaded under container-loading supervision to prevent breakage in transit. Bulk, gift-box, and e-commerce packaging options are detailed on the tailored packing page.

Third-Party Inspection & Factory Audits
Buyers are welcome to inspect goods at our facility before shipment, either in person or through an appointed inspection agency. We support pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspection (PSI) appointments, and provide factory access, production records, and sample coordination on request.
- Pre-shipment inspection against your AQL standard and checklist
- Independent lab testing (SGS, Intertek, BV, or your nominated agency)
- Factory audit documents and on-site audit appointments
- Loading supervision and container condition photos
Inspection timing and required documents can be arranged with your account manager — contact us at least one week before your preferred date.

What This Means for Your Business
Fewer customs surprises
Market-matched food-contact documentation reduces holds and rejections at import, especially for decorated and colored glassware.
Consistent repeat orders
Batch records and traceable materials keep reorders consistent in clarity, weight, and decoration — important for retail chains and distributor programs.
Lower transit claims
Drop-tested packaging and supervised loading keep breakage rates low across mixed-container and full-container shipments.

Can you provide FDA or LFGB test reports?
Yes. Third-party food-contact migration tests are arranged per order and SKU through accredited labs. Reports are issued before shipment; tell us your market and SKUs when ordering.
Which certifications does the factory hold?
ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety). Certificate copies are shared with buyers before order confirmation.

Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Buyers or agencies such as SGS, Intertek, and BV are welcome for pre-shipment inspection and factory audits. Coordinate the date with your account manager at least one week ahead.
What quality tests do you run in-house?
Lead/cadmium migration, thermal shock, dishwasher cycles, impact and annealing stress, drop and vibration, plus dimensional and capacity checks. See the full test list above.
How do you handle quality claims?
Report issues with photos and batch numbers within the agreed claim period. We trace the production batch, respond within two business days, and agree on replacement, credit, or deduction based on the findings. More on the FAQ page.
