Our Core Decoration Techniques

Silk Screen Printing

High-precision printing process.280–350 mesh screens with high-viscosity ceramic inks produce sharp, durable logos. Automated arms hold positioning within ±0.5 mm across every batch.

Decal Application

Temperature-controlled decal rooms (20–24°C) and 580–620°C high-temperature firing fuse pigments into the glass surface, making the decoration scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe.

Electroplating

Vacuum deposition applies uniform metallic coatings in gold, silver, rose gold, and gunmetal. Controlled ion-coating cycles ensure consistent shine and strong adhesion without oxidation.

Color Spraying

Electrostatic spraying booths can form uniform color coatings of 18-25 micrometers.. Dual-stage UV pre-cure followed by 160–180°C thermal cure prevents peeling and extends product life.

Sandblasting & Frosting

120–180 mesh aluminium oxide at 0.4–0.6 MPa produces uniform matte surfaces. Frosting chemistry is controlled for pH and temperature to keep opacity consistent and food-contact safe.

Gold & Silver Rim Application

Metallic rims are applied using high-accuracy rotary tools with ±0.3 mm width tolerance, then sealed at 580–600°C kiln firing. The result is scratch-resistant rim decoration that holds up through frequent washing, ideal for high-end and gift collections.

Every decorated batch goes through a three-stage check: surface preparation inspection before printing, colour/position checks during application, and adhesion plus abrasion testing before packing. We do not claim blanket certifications for every decoration process — instead, we verify what each order needs:

Food-contact safety of decals, inks, electroplating, and sandblasted surfaces arranged per order and target market
Lead and cadmium migration tests on decorated items when required
Dishwasher durability simulations (500-cycle) for printed and decal-applied products
Buyers or their appointed inspectors are welcome to inspect goods before shipment; test reports are provided on request

Can decoration processes be verified for food-contact safety?

Yes. Food-contact safety of decals, printing inks, electroplating, and sandblasted surfaces can be arranged per order for your target market. Reports are provided before shipment.

Will the decoration hold up to dishwasher use?

Printed and decal-applied products undergo cross-cut adhesion tests and 500-cycle dishwasher simulations. Electroplated and sprayed items go through thermal cure cycles designed for long-term durability.

Can you match Pantone colours on glass?

Yes. Pantone matching is available for glass tinting, spray colour, and printed graphics. Provide the Pantone code and we produce a colour sample for your approval.

How do you keep decoration consistent across large orders?

Screens, decal rooms, electroplating racks, and spray booths are locked to the approved sample settings for the full production run, with in-process checks at fixed intervals.
