XINGHUO Glass Ships Custom Crystal Wine Glasses to Brazil

XINGHUO Glass has completed production of a custom batch of crystal wine glasses for a client in Brazil and shipped the order on schedule. The project ran from design and material selection through forming, finishing, and export packing.

Delivery Completed

Work started from the client's brand and market requirements and moved through sampling, confirmation, and mass production. The delivered glasses follow the specification agreed at the sampling stage, and the shipment left the factory on the date set at the beginning of the project.

Custom Work, Start to Finish

Custom development is one of the company's core services. For this order the team handled design, material selection, and production in house, and stayed in regular contact with the client so the finished glasses matched the brand and the market they were made for.

Its range spans crystal glass, borosilicate glass, and soda-lime glass, with decoration and private-label packaging arranged through its OEM/ODM service.

Production Through the Summer Peak

The order was produced during the summer peak, when workshop temperatures run high. The production team kept to the normal schedule, controlling each step from glass melting and blowing or pressing through annealing, polishing, and inspection, with safety procedures in place throughout. The batch was finished and released for shipment on time.
