XHSJ005
Model XHSJ005 is a 500 ml (17 oz) stemless crystal wine glass, blown by mouth from lead-free crystal and left without a stem so it sits flat and steady on any table. The bowl swells into an egg shape that fills the hand and keeps the rim away from the nose, and the thin wall lets the colour of the wine read clearly from the side. With no stem to snap, it survives the handling of a busy bar and packs into a smaller carton. The same glass carries red wine, whiskey, iced tea or juice, which makes it a single-SKU answer for hotels and gift sets. Supplied by XINGHUO Glass at direct factory wholesale pricing, with custom decals and gift boxing on request.

20 daysFive things a buyer checks before ordering a stemless glass: does it stand steady, does it feel right in the hand, does the rim stay comfortable, will it survive service, and can one SKU cover several drinks. Model XHSJ005 answers all five.
The body swells at the middle and tapers at the rim, so the widest point sits where your fingers close. It reads as a designed object rather than a plain cylinder.
A 39 mm ground rim gives it a stable footprint. Inside the base there is a shallow punt left by the blowing iron, the mark that separates mouth-blown from machine-pressed.
A thin wall keeps the weight down at 500 ml and lets light pass through so the wine colour is visible from the side. The rim is fire-polished, with no sharp edge against the lip.
Made from lead-free crystal rather than ordinary soda-lime, so it has the ring and clarity of crystal without the lead. Intended for normal food-contact use.
Red wine, whiskey, iced tea, juice, dessert. At 500 ml it is generous for wine and still sensible for a long whiskey. One SKU covers a whole drinks menu.

Dimensions below are measured on production samples. Mouth-blown glass carries a normal tolerance of about 1 to 2 mm on height and diameter, so treat these as nominal figures rather than exact ones.

Buyers usually compare these two before they settle on a shape. Neither is better in the abstract; they solve different problems on the table.
| Point | Stemless (This Item) | Stemmed Wine Glass |
| Hand heat | The hand touches the bowl, so hold it high near the rim. Wine warms faster in summer service. | The stem keeps the hand away from the bowl; serving temperature holds longer. |
| Stability | A 39 mm base sits low and wide relative to its height. Hard to knock over on a crowded table. | A narrow foot is the first thing to go when a tray passes too close. |
| Breakage | No stem to snap. The failure point is gone, which matters in bars and at events. | The stem is the weakest part and the most common replacement line in a glass inventory. |
| Aroma | A wider 71 mm rim lets aroma escape faster. Better for everyday drinking than for tasting flights. | A tapered rim concentrates aroma, which is why tasting rooms still use stems. |
| Storage | 120 mm tall, so it fits a low shelf, a fridge door or a stacked rack. | Takes 200 mm or more of shelf height and needs careful racking. |
| Best fit | Bars, outdoor events, hotel rooms, home everyday use, gift sets. | Formal tasting, fine dining, sommelier service. |
Many of our customers stock both: stems for the dining room and stemless for the terrace, the pool bar and the guest room minibar.
This is worth saying plainly before you order, because it affects how you plan a production run.
Each piece is shaped by hand at the blowing iron, so height and diameter drift within a small band. If your client needs pieces that stack in exact register, a machine-pressed line is the better tool.
The shallow dimple inside the base is where the blowing iron released the glass. It is not a defect and it does not affect how the glass stands. Buyers who know glass look for it.
A trapped air bubble under 1 mm can appear in mouth-blown crystal. We sort against a written standard and will agree the accept limit with you before production starts.
Crystal glass is not borosilicate. It handles tea and mulled wine served warm, but do not pour water straight off the boil into a cold glass. Let the kettle rest a minute and pre-warm the bowl.
Grip the upper third, just below the rim, or cradle the base. Holding the widest point transfers hand heat into the wine and leaves fingerprints on the part the guest looks at.
Hand washing in warm water with a mild detergent keeps the rim polished longest. If you run commercial dishwashers, use a low-temperature cycle and a basket that does not let pieces touch.
Do not move a glass from a hot dishwasher straight into cold water, or from a freezer into a hot rinse. Sudden swings above roughly 60 degrees C are what crack thin crystal.
A stemless 500 ml bowl moves through more of a venue than a stemmed glass can: it is short enough for a guest room tray, sturdy enough for a pool bar, and plain enough to sit on a boardroom table without looking out of place.

We run lead-free crystal and high borosilicate as our two main materials, with decorating and finishing in house. If this shape is right but the material is not, we can quote the same form in borosilicate.
Logos can be printed, etched or sandblasted, and the glass can ship in a printed gift box with a window or a moulded insert. Artwork proof comes back before the run starts.
Quality, environmental and occupational health systems are certified. Certificates are issued in our name and can be sent with your quotation.
5,000 pieces per order for the plain glass. Orders that mix several models from our catalogue can share a container and are quoted case by case.
Yes. Each piece is shaped by a glassblower at the iron, not pressed in a mould. You can see the punt inside the base, which machine-pressed glass does not have.
About 1 to 2 mm on height and diameter, and a small variation in wall thickness. We will agree the accept standard in writing before production so there is no argument at inspection.
Slightly faster than in a stemmed glass, yes. Holding the upper third rather than the bowl keeps the difference small. For long service in warm rooms, a stemmed glass is still the safer choice.
Warm drinks are fine. Boiling water poured straight into a cold glass is not recommended, because crystal glass is not borosilicate and does not like a sudden 90 degree C shock.
It survives a commercial dishwasher on a low-temperature cycle, but repeated high-temperature washing dulls the rim and etches the surface over time. Hand washing keeps the clarity longest.
