XINGHUO Glass Launches 2025 Crystal Wine Glass Series

XINGHUO Glass has released its 2025 spring and summer range: three new crystal wine glass series built for the season's retail and hospitality orders. The launch covers standard stemware for tasting, a 500 ml bowl for fruit wine, and a line built around a star motif, all produced at the company's factory in Jiangsu.

Three Series for the Season

The standard high-stem series is the closest to a conventional tasting glass. The stem is tall, the bowl is sized to give the wine room to open, and the rim is drawn thin enough that it is barely noticeable to drink from.

The second series is a 500 ml bowl made for fruit wine. The larger volume leaves more space above the liquid for aroma, which suits the way fruit wines are poured at home and at gatherings rather than at a formal tasting.

The third line works a star motif into the shape of the glass, which gives the range a distinctive piece for gift sets and seasonal displays.

Material and Craft

All three series are made from crystal glass. It is denser than the soda-lime glass used for everyday drinkware, which puts more weight in the hand and lets the bowl be drawn thinner at the rim without giving up strength. Clarity counts for more in wine glasses than in other drinkware, because the colour of the wine is part of what the glass is presenting.

The bowl and stem are formed in one piece rather than joined, which removes the weakest point on a stemmed glass. Rims are polished in several stages until the edge is smooth against the lip. On the decorated pieces, the diamond lattice is cut at an angle with each row offset from the one below it, and the cuts are made after the glass has cooled rather than pressed in hot.

Where the Checks Sit on the Line

Inspection runs along the line rather than only at the end of it. Incoming raw material is checked on arrival, glasses are checked after forming and again after decoration, and finished pieces go through a final pass before packing. Faults found early are cheaper to deal with than faults found in a container, which is the reasoning behind the sequence.

Adapting the Range to an Order

Samples are produced and approved before an order is confirmed, and the custom processing service covers the decoration and finishing steps in house. Buyers who need the range in their own packaging can have the artwork and carton specification checked at the same time as the sample.
