XINGHUO Glass Ships 300,000-Piece Order to Spain on Time

XINGHUO Glass has completed and shipped several full-container orders for a customer in Spain, delivered on schedule. The orders covered the company's best-selling lines and ran to more than 300,000 pieces.

Order and Delivery

Faced with a fixed delivery date, the company ran the order through a single internal schedule covering raw-material purchasing, production line allocation, packing, and shipment. The customer's order covered crystal wine glasses and borosilicate coffee cups and mugs.

Quality Control

Production followed the company's ISO 9001 quality management system, with checks at each stage and product performance tested against the European standards the customer specified. The goods passed final inspection in a single pass and were loaded for the Spanish port on schedule.

“The customer came to us for a first order, so the quality had to be right the first time,” said Luke, head of the international trade department at XINGHUO Glass. “We kept to the date they gave us and shipped against the European standard they asked for.”

Feedback from the customer noted that the order ran smoothly, that quality met expectations, and that delivery arrived on time. The customer has said it wants to broaden the scope of the cooperation.

The company's main lines are crystal glass and borosilicate glass, supported by soda-lime glass. Crystal covers wine glasses, water glasses, decanters, and glass tableware; borosilicate covers heat-resistant coffee cups, mugs, lunch boxes, and water cups.
