Borosilicate Water Jug, 1500 ml, Two-Way Stainless Lid
XHGPH27
Model XHGPH27 is a 1500 ml borosilicate glass jug, quoted at 1500 ml and measuring 1440 ml to the rim. The same body also runs as the GPH27B: ribbed wall, amber handle, 1335 ml. Both take the same lid and the same carton, so a two-SKU shelf stays simple.
The 304 stainless lid carries a silicone gasket and two openings: a fine screen for leaf and a wide mouth for pulp and ice. Both sit under one lid, so neither function is traded away. The eagle-beak spout cuts the stream off clean, and the 81 mm mouth takes a whole hand for washing.
The wide glass handle is a slow heat conductor, so a normal pour is comfortable; a long steep still wants a cloth. Packing is 56 pcs per carton, MOQ 5,000. Matching glasses in clear or smoke are available for set builds.

20 daysA jug this size is bought for two jobs: holding enough water that nobody refills it mid-meal, and pouring that weight without dribbling down the side. Five details carry both jobs.
A 304 stainless lid with a silicone gasket inside. One side is a fine screen that holds leaf and herb back; the other is a wide opening that lets pulp, ice and citrus wedges through. Both sit under the same lid, so neither function is traded away.
The rim is drawn to a point and turned down, so the stream leaves narrow and breaks at the tip. On a full 1.4 litre body that is the difference between a clean pour and a wet tablecloth.
Wide enough that a hand goes in with a sponge, so the jug does not depend on a bottle brush. Also wide enough to drop in whole fruit, mint stems and ice without a funnel.
High borosilicate, rated for a wide thermal shock range, so boiling water goes in without a pre-warm and the jug can sit on a radiant hob. It is the same glass we blow our 420 ml hammered teapot from.
The body takes a matched glass set in clear or smoke, packed in the same carton. Lid, handle colour, glass count, logo and colour box can all be specified on one order.

Capacity is quoted as 1500 ml, which is the figure on our price list. Measured to the rim the GPH27 holds 1440 ml and the GPH27B holds 1335 ml; the ribbed wall is thicker, which is also why it weighs 40 g more. If your retail pack states a volume, use the measured figure.
Both versions share the lid, the mouth, the spout and the carton. What changes is the wall and the handle, which is what a buyer actually sees on the shelf.

| Best for | Bright modern tables, juice bars | Warm interiors, hotel breakfast, gifting |
The 105 ml gap between the two is not a defect. Fluting a body by hand adds wall thickness, so the ribbed version holds less and weighs more. Tell your buyer that before the sample lands, and the conversation about the litre figure never happens.
Most first orders split three ways: smooth for the modern table, ribbed for hotel and gift, and a small run of each as a sample carton. Both fit the same inner box, so a mixed carton costs no more to pack.
Borosilicate is why a glass jug can take boiling water at all, but the heat source still decides whether it belongs on a hob. The one buyers get wrong is electric ceramic versus induction.
Yes, on low to medium, with liquid inside. Keep the flame under the base and never set an empty jug on a live burner.
Yes. A radiant ring passes heat into the base with no magnetic field involved. This is the hob in our own product shot.
No. There is no ferrous layer in the base, so an induction ring will not read the jug. A stainless interface disc is the workaround.
Yes, on a normal cycle with the lid off. Hand washing keeps the glass clearer for longer, and it is the better habit before retail packing.
Rinse the stainless lid and wipe the silicone gasket dry before it goes back on. Do not put the lid in a dishwasher basket loose, where the gasket can warp against a heating element.
Warm water, a soft sponge, a drop of washing-up liquid. No steel wool and no scouring powder, which leave a haze on clear glass that never polishes out.
Bicarbonate of soda with warm water lifts tannin and citrus oil in about ten minutes. For the lid screen, a soft brush clears pulp without bending the perforations.
Do not stack a full jug on a fridge shelf edge, and do not carry it by the lid. The gasket holds a pour, not a journey: for transport, empty it first.
A 1.4 litre jug is specified where one fill has to serve a table, and where the jug itself is part of what the guest sees.
We run lead-free crystal and high borosilicate as our two main lines, with blowing, pressing and decorating under our own roof. The borosilicate range covers jugs, teapots and cups on the same furnaces.
Smooth and ribbed come off the same line and share the lid, the carton and the inner box. That is what makes a two-SKU shelf affordable for a distributor who cannot carry 5,000 pcs of each. The same furnaces run our 2200 ml three-capacity jug on the other end of the size range.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are certified to Jiangsu Xinghuo Technology, not borrowed from a trading partner. The factory profile lists the lines and the furnaces; audit reports and migration test reports for your batch are available before deposit.
5,000 pcs, packed 1 pc per inner box in a 1 x 7 x 8 carton, so 56 pcs per export carton. Smooth and ribbed can be mixed inside one order against the same MOQ.
Both figures are right, in different senses. 1500 ml is the quoted figure on our price list; measured to the rim the smooth body holds 1440 ml and the ribbed body 1335 ml. Use the measured figure if your retail pack states a volume.
The wall and the handle. GPH27 is smooth with a clear handle; GPH27B is ribbed with an amber handle and holds 105 ml less because the fluting adds wall thickness. Lid, mouth, spout and carton are identical.
It seals well enough to pour and to keep dust out, and the silicone gasket holds the lid on when you tip the jug. It is not a travel seal: for transport, empty the jug and pack the lid separately.
With liquid inside, yes, on low to medium. Keep the flame under the base rather than up the wall. It also works on an electric ceramic hob, which radiates heat. It will not work on induction, because there is no magnetic layer in the base.
Glass is a poor heat conductor, about one-fortieth of steel, and the handle sits well clear of the wall, so a normal pour is comfortable. After a long steep on a warmer, treat it like any hot vessel and use a cloth.
Yes. Matched glasses run in clear and smoke, four or six to a set, and they pack in the same carton as the jug. Tell us the jug-to-glass ratio and we quote it as one line.
The body is lead-free high borosilicate intended for normal food-contact use. Migration test reports are available on request for the batch you order, and we send them before the deposit rather than after.
