XHGPH32
Model XHGPH32 is a 2200 ml borosilicate glass jug built for water, citrus and iced tea, not the stove. The body is lead-free high borosilicate, clear enough to read the fruit through and fine in a dishwasher.
Three interchangeable lids fit the same 82 mm mouth: a punched 304 stainless lid that strains leaf and pulp, a bamboo lid in a steel collar with a sealing ring, and a PP plastic lid for the lowest carton price. The V-shaped spout cuts the stream off cleanly. The large glass handle leaves the shoulder at a wide angle, which matters past two kilos.
The wide mouth takes a whole hand, and the 2190 ml body covers five to eight people. It is also made at 1750 ml and 2690 ml off the same mould. Packing is 1 pc per inner box, 24 per carton, MOQ 5,000.

20 daysA large glass jug has four jobs: hold two litres without feeling like it will slip, pour without dribbling, survive a hot rinse, and still look right on a table. Model XHGPH32 is built around those four.
A punched 304 stainless lid, a bamboo disc in a steel collar, or a PP lid. All three seat on the same 83 mm mouth, so a buyer can mix them across one order.
The rim is drawn to a point rather than left round. Water leaves in one stream and breaks off at the tip instead of running back under the lip.
The handle leaves the shoulder at a wide angle, so three fingers fit and the wrist stays straight. Past two kilos, that is the difference between pouring and spilling.
High borosilicate, no lead in the batch. It takes boiling water poured straight in and comes out of a dishwasher clear rather than fogged.
The 82 mm opening takes a whole hand, so a bottle brush is optional. This body is also made at 1750 ml and 2690 ml off the same mould family.
Ask for a sample carton with all three lids in it. Buyers usually pick one lid for retail and another for food service, and it is easier to decide with both on the table.

Most jug suppliers give you one lid and let you live with it. These three are not interchangeable in use, only in fit, and picking the wrong one is how a good jug ends up in a drawer.
Punched with filter holes, so it strains tea leaf and fruit pulp while you pour and lets you tip the jug far without the lid coming off. The one to specify for iced tea, citrus water and anything with solids in it. It does not seal, so it is not a travel lid.
A bamboo disc held flat by a 304 collar, with a sealing ring underneath. The best-looking of the three and the one retail buyers photograph. It has no filter, so keep whole leaf and pulp out of the jug, and dry the bamboo after washing.
Light, cheap and the only one that goes through a dishwasher without a second thought. This is the lid for hotel breakfast rooms, canteens and anywhere the jug is washed a hundred times a season and nobody is looking at it.
This body is made in three sizes off the same mould family, and all three are open for order. Only the height and the body diameter change; the mouth, the spout, the handle and all three lids are shared, so a buyer can mix capacities inside one carton run without a second set of tooling.

The 2200 model is quoted at 2200 ml on our price list and measures 2190 ml to the rim, which is the usual nominal-versus-measured gap. The other two carry model numbers rather than round quotes, so the 1700 body measures 1750 ml and the 2600 measures 2690 ml. If your retail pack states a capacity, use the measured figure rather than the model number and leave a little headroom for the fill line.
Which one to take depends on the shelf, not the table. The 1700 clears a standard fridge door bin at 193 mm; the 2200 needs the tall shelf; the 2600 is a buffet and meeting-room size rather than a domestic one. Most first orders split two ways, and the whole set sits in our borosilicate range.
Pouring boiling water into a room-temperature jug is fine. Putting the jug itself on a hob is a different question: this is a thin-walled 2200 ml body, and it is happiest holding hot liquid rather than being the vessel that heats it. If a customer insists, low heat, at least half full, never empty.
Glass body and PP lid are dishwasher safe on the top rack. The stainless lid is fine too, though the punched holes hold leaf if it is not rinsed first. Bamboo comes out; hand wash and dry it.
Bamboo is a grass, and it takes on water. Wipe it dry after every wash and leave it out of the sink. Kept dry it lasts; left soaking, it swells, darkens and eventually splits. No supplier can promise a bamboo lid will never mark, and we will not claim it.
Tea and citrus leave a film on any glass. A paste of bicarbonate and warm water lifts it without scratching. Skip steel wool, and skip chlorine bleach, which dulls borosilicate over time and pits stainless.
Where a 2200 ml jug earns its place, and which lid buyers usually specify for each.
We run lead-free crystal and high borosilicate as our two main materials, with pressing, blowing and decorating in house. The borosilicate side is what this jug comes from, and it is the same line our 1000 ml bamboo-lid teapot is made on.
Stainless stamping, bamboo turning and PP moulding sit with three different suppliers, and getting the threads and the collar depth to match is where most jug programmes lose a month. We hold all three to one drawing.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are certified in our name, and the certificates travel with your quotation. The company page lists what we hold. This jug is intended for normal food-contact use, and the migration test report for this item can be provided on request.
5,000 pcs, packed 1 pc per inner box and 24 per carton. The MOQ applies to the jug itself, and both lids and capacities can be split inside one order: 1750, 2190 and 2690 ml ship together at no extra tooling cost.
A jug. It is built to hold and pour cold or hot drinks, not to sit on a hob. If you need a pot that goes on a flame, our 1000 ml teapot is the right model.
Stainless if the jug holds leaf tea or fruit with pulp, because it strains as you pour. Bamboo for retail and gift sets, where the look sells. PP for food service, where the jug is washed constantly and the lid is not on show.
Not if it is wiped dry and kept out of the sink. Bamboo takes on water and swells if it soaks, so the care instruction matters more than the material. We will not claim a bamboo lid is mould-proof, because no honest supplier can.
The glass body and the PP lid, yes, on the top rack. The stainless lid is fine but wants a rinse first so leaf does not bake into the holes. The bamboo lid is hand wash only.
The 2190 ml body weighs 445 g empty, so filled it sits well past two kilos and wants two hands. The 1750 ml is 380 g and the 2690 ml is 440 g. That is why the handle is as wide as it is, and why the spout is shaped to break the stream early.
Yes. The jug is quoted on its own or as a set with cups, in the cup type, size and quantity you specify, with your logo on the glass or the colour box. Send the artwork and we will price both versions. The 460 ml teapot set is the usual pairing when a buyer wants a hot-drink item next to the jug.
The body is lead-free high borosilicate intended for normal food-contact use. The migration test report for this specific item can be provided on request, and we will send it before you place the order rather than after.
Tell us your market and the lid mix you want, and we will come back with a wholesale price and a sample schedule.
