XHGPH20
Model XHGPH20 is a 1000 ml borosilicate glass teapot built to sit over a flame. The body takes boiling water straight from the kettle and holds it over gas or a candle warmer without cracking. A bamboo lid sits in a 304 stainless collar; the steel ring keeps the bamboo flat as it heats, which stops the lid splitting at the grain.
Tea goes in loose. A 304 stainless vortex filter inside the spout catches the leaf as you pour, so there is no basket to lift out. The C-shaped glass handle leaves the body at the shoulder and stays cool.
The set ships with a natural bamboo tea tray and six small teacups in a printed colour box. The teapot is also sold on its own for buyers who stock cups. Packing is 1 set per inner box, 24 per carton, MOQ 5,000.

The bamboo disc sits in a 304 stainless collar rather than straight on the rim. The steel holds it flat and takes the heat, so the bamboo is not the part that warps.
A 304 stainless coil sits inside the spout. Leaf stays in the body and pours out clear, with no basket to lift and rinse between rounds.
Natural bamboo, slatted so spillage runs under the pot instead of across the table. It also keeps the hot base off the tabletop.

Borosilicate handles heat, but not every heat source. The one buyers get wrong is the difference between an electric ceramic hob, which radiates heat and works fine, and an induction hob, which needs a magnetic base this glass does not have.
Yes, on low to medium with water in the pot. Keep the flame under the base, not up the side wall, and never put an empty pot on.
Yes. A radiant ceramic hob passes heat straight into the base with no magnetic field involved, which is exactly what this glass needs. It is the hob in our own product shots.
Yes, and this is what the pot is designed around. A tea light under a wire stand keeps a litre of tea at drinking temperature for hours.
No. Borosilicate has nothing for a magnetic coil to grab. An induction hob needs a steel diffuser disc under the pot, and we can quote one with the order.
Yes for the glass, with the lid and tray left outside. The bamboo will dry out and split if it goes in.
Glass body yes, bamboo no. The lid and tray want a rinse and a wipe, not a sixty-degree cycle.
Rinse, wipe dry, stand upright to air. Do not soak, do not leave wet against the tray, do not dry in direct sun. A food-safe oil once a month keeps the grain closed.
Warm water, a soft sponge, a drop of washing-up liquid. No steel wool and no abrasive powder, which leave a haze that never comes off.
A teaspoon of bicarbonate in warm water lifts tannin from the wall in ten minutes. Do not use bleach, which attacks the steel filter.

Gas yes, on low to medium and never empty. Electric ceramic hobs yes, because they radiate heat rather than using a magnetic field. Induction no, because borosilicate is not magnetic. We can supply a steel heat-diffuser disc if you need induction.
Not if it is wiped dry after use. Bamboo splits when it soaks and then dries fast in sun, and moulds when it stays wet against a surface. The steel collar removes the warping that plain bamboo lids suffer.
In the spout. Leaf moves freely in the body, which is what gives a whole-leaf tea room to open, and the vortex coil holds it back as you pour.
Yes. The pot is quoted separately as a single item, and the tray and cups can be added or left out per carton.
