XHSJ001380
Model XHSJ001380 is a 380 ml (13 oz) stemless crystal tumbler pressed in a mould rather than blown, so every piece in a carton matches the one beside it. The round body carries a 69.7 mm wide mouth and a 59.2 mm base, which makes it stable on a tray and easy to fill with ice. The surface is smooth and unpatterned, so it reads clean on a table and takes a printed logo without fighting the shape. At 93 mm tall it fits a low shelf and a minibar tray. It works for wine, whiskey, juice and mixed drinks, which is why hotel groups order it by the pallet. Supplied by XINGHUO Glass at direct factory wholesale pricing, with custom gift boxes and decals available.

20 daysA pressed tumbler lives or dies on three things: whether the pieces match each other, whether the base sits flat on a wet tray, and whether the mouth is wide enough to load ice without a spoon. Model XHSJ001380 is built around those three.
Formed in a mould rather than blown by mouth, so height and diameter hold within a tight band across a run. A restaurant can top up a broken set from stock and nobody notices.
A 59.2 mm base under a 69.7 mm rim gives a low centre of gravity. On a crowded tray or a boat deck it stays upright where a narrower foot would tip.
Ice cubes drop in without a scoop, a bar spoon reaches the bottom, and a hand fits inside for washing. Narrow tumblers save glass but cost labour every shift.
The cut edge is melted back until it is round and smooth. No sharp lip against the mouth, and no chipped edge to catch a napkin during service.
Crystal rather than ordinary soda-lime, so it has the ring and the brightness. Lead-free, intended for normal food-contact use, and reusable for years.
Ordering a sample first is the cheapest way to check the weight and the mouth feel against your current glass.

Buyers often hold a pressed sample and a blown sample side by side and cannot say which is which. The difference shows up in the purchase order, not on the table. If your programme leans the other way, our 500 ml hand-blown stemless glass is the same shape made the slower way.
| Point | Machine Pressed (This Item) | Mouth Blown |
| Consistency | Each piece comes out of the same mould. Height and diameter hold within a tight band. | Each piece is shaped at the iron. Expect roughly 1 to 2 mm of drift plus wall variation. |
| Strength | Even wall thickness and a solid base. This is the glass that survives a dish rack. | Thinner wall, lighter in the hand, and more easily chipped at the rim. |
| Weight | Heavier for the same capacity, which some buyers read as quality. | Lighter, which some buyers read as refinement. |
| Unit cost | Lower per piece at volume, because the mould does the shaping. | Higher, because a skilled blower sets the shape on every piece. |
| Replacement | Reorders match the first batch, so a broken glass can be replaced years later. | Reorders sit slightly differently beside the originals. |
| Best fit | Hotels, restaurants, catering, gift sets, retail multipacks. | Tasting rooms, premium retail, pieces sold on the feel of the glass. |
If you need both in one programme, we run lead-free crystal in pressed and blown lines and can quote the same shape either way. Ask for the stemless crystal range to see both.
The shape is sold as a wine glass, but the order data tells a different story. Most of this model leaves the factory for drinks that never saw a vineyard.
A 69.7 mm mouth takes ice, fruit and a garnish without crowding. Bars use it as a universal cocktail glass so they can carry one SKU instead of three.
380 ml is a generous breakfast pour. Hotels put it on the buffet line because it reads as glass rather than as a disposable cup.
The wide bowl takes a large cube or a sphere without the drink spilling over the rim. No stem means no snapped stem in a busy bar.
Plain enough for a dinner table, and the flat base means no water rings on a polished surface. Restaurants use it as the house water glass.
The wide mouth means a cloth reaches the base, so hand washing is quick. In a commercial dishwasher use a low-temperature cycle and space the glasses so they do not knock.
Warm drinks are fine. Crystal is not borosilicate, so do not pour boiling water into a cold glass. Let the kettle stand a minute first.
Do not move a glass from a hot wash straight into cold rinse water. Sudden swings above roughly 60 degrees C are what crack crystal.
Stack them rim down on a clean cloth, or stand them upright with a gap between pieces. Pressed glass tolerates handling but not rim against rim on a vibrating shelf.
Where a single 380 ml pressed tumbler earns its place is in operations that cannot afford three glass sizes behind the bar, and in gift programmes that need a glass which looks the same in every box.

We run lead-free crystal and high borosilicate as our two main materials, with pressing, blowing and decorating handled in house. The borosilicate side is built for heat, as in our 460 ml borosilicate teapot set.
Logos can be printed, etched or sandblasted on the smooth body. Gift boxes can carry a window, a moulded insert or your own print, and artwork is approved before the run.
Quality, environmental and occupational health systems are certified in our name, and the certificates can travel with your quotation. The company page lists what we hold.
5,000 pieces for the plain glass. Mixed orders drawing several models from our catalogue can share a container and are quoted case by case.
Machine pressed. The glass is formed in a mould, which is why the pieces in a carton match each other and why the unit cost stays low at volume.
Not in this material. The difference buyers notice is weight and rim feel, not appearance. Pressed crystal is generally a little heavier, which most hotel buyers prefer.
Warm drinks yes. Boiling water poured into a cold glass is not recommended, because crystal glass is not borosilicate and does not tolerate a sudden temperature shock.
It handles a commercial dishwasher on a low-temperature cycle. Repeated high-temperature washing gradually dulls the surface, so hand washing keeps the clarity longer.
Yes. The body is smooth and unpatterned, so a decal, etch or sandblast reads cleanly. Send artwork and we will return a proof before production starts.
